The hotel rooms were spacious and suitable for families, offering everything we needed. The shower over the bath was a bit challenging to access due to its height, but the added touch of sparkling water, Toblerone, and daily fruit and biscuits was delightful. However, the furniture and decor in the room could use some improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were really spacious with a balcony and offered a nice view, although some parts of the hotel had small and narrow rooms. What a charming place! The hotel boasts stunning rooms with their own balconies showcasing breathtaking mountain views. The service was friendly and helpful, although I did notice a slight language barrier at times. The location is perfect, close to both the train station and the funicular rail to Harder Kulm. I felt lucky with the size of my room, although it was one of the few without a balcony. The room was very comfortable, with good WiFi and a nice bathroom. The exceptional view added to the experience, making it a great stay.
